SHIPPING
We usually ship out in stock items within 3 business days. However, it may take as long as 5 business days in our busy seasons. Please notify us if you need your order in rush so that we put your order in priority.
Our current standard shipping is by FedEx Ground or USPS priority service. Expedite shipping with 3 days, 2 days or Overnight service is available with additional charge. If you want us to ship your order with these options, please contact us or write on the note section at checkout page.
It is our policy that any order greater than $300 or orders with 3 days, 2 days or Overnight shipping will require a signature upon delivery. Once a signature waiver is requested, Mako Inc. and Ria Design Inc. cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items.
For all international shipments, you are responsible for your country’s custom’s charges upon delivery. This is determined by your country and we will not refund for packages returned due to customs fees not being paid upon delivery.
