RETURNS
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. We will issue refund to your original payment method in the purchase price minus shipping and processing fees.
Please notify us prior to shipping back the items. A return authorization number must be put outside the box. Refund will not be made if you ship back any item without our authorization.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the returns are due to product defects or error made by us.
We apologize, but due to inventory control, if you are returning a quantity of 12 dz or more of the same item there will be a 25% restocking fee.
All custom orders cannot be returned unless the items are damaged.
All SALE items are FINAL SALES, no return will be accepted.
Instructions on shipping back the return items:
1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
2. Make a copy of the invoice that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
